We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Yurts. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our federal government customers and ensuring their successful implementation of our Generative AI platform.

With significant experience in customer success management, particularly in the government sector, you will lead the onboarding process, develop high-quality relationships with customers, and provide exceptional communication skills to drive results. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales teams to identify opportunities for renewal and expansion, while minimizing churn risks. You will also gather customer feedback and insights through surveys, interviews, and data analysis, relaying this information to our engineering team to drive product development and improvement.

A strong advocate for our customers, you will ensure that their needs and requirements are met, and that they have a seamless experience with our platform. Your technical knowledge of Yurts' product and feature capabilities will enable you to educate customers on the best use cases for our platform, ensuring they get the most value from their investment.

To succeed in this role, you must have a SECRET or TS/SCI security clearance, significant experience as a CSM or AM working with the government, and excellent communication skills. Your willingness to travel frequently, primarily on the Eastern seaboard, is essential in building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their success.
