Physician Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physician Account Manager to join our team at Quest Diagnostics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving territory growth and profitability through exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
Responsibilities:- Manage accounts through ongoing business reviews to identify customer needs and opportunities for growth
- Ensure customer retention by maintaining strong relationships with current accounts
- Drive growth in assigned Key Accounts through strategic planning and execution
- Identify and pursue up-selling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with Physician Account Executives or Specialty Account Executives
- Partner with Physician Account Executive to resolve account-specific service issues
- Collaborate with Customer Solutions Group to facilitate, prioritize, and resolve customer service issues
- Escalate service issue non-resolution as appropriate
- Leverage all available tools and resources to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Provide continuing education to customers on new technologies and laboratory testing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Complete all administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly
- Follow up with Physician Account Executives and customers to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Three to four years of experience in sales or account ownership
- Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry and general economics of business
- Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships; strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Solid PC skills, including Microsoft Software
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
