Customer Experience Specialist

As a Sales Associate at Chico's, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients. Your goal will be to understand their needs and preferences, and to provide them with the best possible solutions to meet their fashion expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, and ensure that visual standards are met.
• Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
• Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns, and provide a fast and efficient register experience.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Constant walking/standing (8-hour shift).
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
• Frequent climbing (34%-66% of 8-hour shift).
