Our company is paving the way in a market currently exploding with opportunities, making this an exciting time to join our team as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).Job DescriptionThe Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) position at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers requires a highly motivated individual who is passionate about helping patients progress and reach their recovery goals. As a PTA, you will assist the Physical Therapist in all aspects of patient care, including performing therapy techniques/exercises, measuring and tracking patient progress, and educating patients on continuing care.
In this role, you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive care, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must possess a graduate degree from a Physical Therapist Assistant program (accredited) and hold an up-to-date Physical Therapist Assistant license. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information.
