About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Warranty Cancellation Coordinator to join our team at Continental Automotive Group. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless warranty cancellation processes.

Job Description
  • Processing Cancellations: Accurately process cancellations of extended warranties and insurance policies in a timely manner.
  • Document Collection: Ensure all required documents are collected and properly maintained for the cancellation process.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including reconciled accounting schedules.
Responsibilities
  1. Process all cancellations of extended warranties and insurance policies.
  2. Collect and maintain all required documents for the cancellation process.
  3. Post general ledger entries accurately and on time.
  4. Reconcile statements for all cancellations.
  5. Maintain reconciled accounting schedules.
  6. Respond to customer, vendor, and lender inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Manage record-keeping for all cancellations.
Requirements
  • Salary: $22-$25 per hour depending on experience.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in a related field, preferably with warranty or insurance experience.
  • Skillset: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
