Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Aide Senior to join our team at Eastcastle Place, a senior living community in Milwaukee's vibrant East Side. As a Dietary Aide Senior, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our residents by overseeing all Hospitality functions in Nursing dining areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help residents with menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick-up, special requests and needs
  • Model Eastcastle Place values, standards, and professionalism at all times
  • Participate in the training and development of dietary aides to facilitate service excellence
  • Work with Dietary Aides, Cooks, CNAs, Nurses, and Stewards to provide seamless service
  • Correctly and efficiently serve meals, take orders, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously
  • Plate according to residents' meal tickets and be familiar with residents' therapeutic diets and personal food preferences
  • Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service and maintain safe and sanitary conditions in work areas and satellite kitchens
  • Complete all necessary logs and quality assurance checklists as specified
  • Follow the guidance of the Dietary Manager and Hospitality Director and complete any additional tasks when requested
