Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical coverage, dental and vision benefits, life and disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, and much more. Job Description

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. As a key member of the management team, you will direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures. You will serve as a resource person for staff and model a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have acute care experience and be able to develop a staff schedule. You should also be able to encourage team-building efforts and communicate effectively with staff and patients. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
