About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Nurse Leader to join our team at Providence Clinical Network (PCN) as an oncology and infusion expert. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $$45.22 - $71.58.

Job Description: The Senior Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) plays a critical role in coordinating the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. This includes knowledge of oncology diagnoses, chemotherapy administration, side effects, infusion therapy, blood product administration, pain management, and venous access devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply the nursing process in direct patient care
  • C coordinate the interdisciplinary team to intervene according to assessment findings
  • Serve as a mentor for journey-level Infusion RNs
  • Assist with orientation, training, and education of clinic personnel and Infusion RNs

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate's degree in Nursing with 4 years' experience as a registered nurse
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License or National Registered Nurse Compact License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in state(s) of hire
  • OCN (oncology nurse) certification or other national infusion certification
  • 3 years of Infusion nursing experience
