Hairstylist/Colorist - Salon Professional

The Perfect Cut is a dynamic salon seeking skilled Stylists to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and styles.

We are a forward-thinking salon dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating a positive atmosphere for our clients and staff.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30.00 per hour, including tips, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacations, 401(k) retirement, and paid continuing education.

Your primary responsibilities will include cutting, coloring, and styling hair to meet the needs of our discerning clients. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, as well as provide excellent customer service at all times.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. Previous experience as a stylist is preferred, but not required.

You will be working in one of our two convenient locations: Carlsbad or Oceanside. Both locations offer a fun and supportive environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
