We are seeking a highly motivated Tenant Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide full administrative support for the property management office, including phone support, typing, reports, filing and distribution of correspondence, and related administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong customer service orientation. A bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of property management experience, preferably in commercial /Class A Office management, are preferred.

This position requires intermediate to advanced MS 365 Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiencies. Angus and accounting software such as MRI, Yardi, or CTI proficiency is also preferred.

Our competitive salary includes an estimated $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer excellent benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(K) plan.

In this role, you will be responsible for administering vendor and utility supplier account setup and ongoing maintenance. You will also assist in lease administration activities and maintain lease and property files.

The successful candidate will have a strong desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and be able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities, and a continually heavy workload.
