We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Broker - Account Executive to join our team at Jolt Loop. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting and selling insurance plans, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to new clients and up-sell to existing clients
- Conduct needs assessments to identify business or individual customer requirements and develop tailored insurance plans
- Utilize networking, cold calling, and other techniques to identify opportunities and build trust with potential clients
- Coordinate services between customers, brokers, claims, loss control, and accounting teams
- Manage and maintain accurate bookkeeping systems, databases, and records
- Oversee insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and client satisfaction
- Monitor loss control plans and other service plans to ensure clients receive promised services and benefits
- Present issues and opportunities affecting efficient services, profit, and growth opportunities, as well as promote specific insurance products
- Collaborate with the team to develop and deliver comprehensive plan consultations
- Work within specific underwriting limits and authority on account assignments requiring technical knowledge and additional consulting
