Job Description

This role requires coordinating comprehensive care for residents in multiple long-term care facilities. As a caregiving specialist, you will be responsible for resident assessment, education, and ensuring safe and effective nursing interventions. You will also adhere to state regulations and ethical standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred;
  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred;
  • An unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state;
  • A minimum of 3 months previous experience in Long Term Care required, 6 months preferred.
