Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join our team at Ponca City Development Authority. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take food and drink orders from guests accurately and efficiently.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems or concerns.
  • Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and taxes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of menu items and ability to make recommendations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.
