About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Operations Manager to join our team at Lowe's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of Customer Service Associates, ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery services, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Service Associates to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and improve delivery operations, including inventory flow, vendor returns, and 3PL claims.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with 3PL vendors and Lowe's supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery experiences.
  • Manage and resolve customer escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a positive team environment, fostering collaboration and open communication.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of supply chain leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Experience with inventory management, warehouse operations, and 3PL partnerships.
