About the Job

As a Production Team Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and quality control in the mending area of our plant. You will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, meeting the required standards of comfort, appearance, and durability.

  • Inspect machines and equipment to ensure operational performance and optimum utilization.
  • Schedule and manage adequate staffing levels to meet production demands.
  • Train and coach team members on assigned job duties and responsibilities.
  • Measure results and implement continuous improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Benefits include:
