Insurance Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented professional to join our team at Jason McCloud - State Farm Agent in Scottsdale, AZ. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance.
Responsibilities- Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus for meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) to maintain work-life balance.
- Valuable experience and growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within the agency.
- Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing preferred.
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas is a plus.
- A strong passion for helping people manage risk and achieve their financial goals is essential.
- You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to make presentations to potential customers.
- A Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license are required and must be obtainable.
