MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing, a leading provider of contract staffing services, offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Physical Therapist to join their team. As a trusted partner in the healthcare industry, MedPro is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to patients and caregivers alike.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $1,500 per week, based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. In addition to our attractive compensation package, you will also enjoy full coverage of all credentialing fees, private housing or housing allowance, group health insurance for you and your family, company-paid life and disability insurance, travel reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and unlimited referral bonuses starting at $500.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and evaluating physical therapy interventions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing high-quality care to patients in a dynamic healthcare environment.

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement and evaluate physical therapy interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and families
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, applicants must possess a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT), a valid state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (RPT), and current CPR certification. A minimum of one year's experience in a related field is also required.
