Titan Placement Group is seeking a skilled Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Atlanta, GA.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing Hospice care to patients in need.
Responsibilities
- Provide after-hours on-call support
- Work 7 days on, 7 days off schedule
- Conduct home visits and provide Hospice care
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Georgia
- Experience in Hospice, Home Health, ICU, CCU, Oncology, End-of-Life Care, or MedSurg
Benefits
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
- Health Insurance - Employer covers 75%
