We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinic Nurse Manager to join our team at Stormont Vail Healthcare, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

**About the Job**

The Clinic Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, including supervising nursing staff, developing and implementing clinical protocols, and monitoring patient care outcomes. This position requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient outcomes and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet patient needs.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of professional nursing experience, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

**Estimated Salary:** $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
