We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This full-time position comes with an estimated salary of $42,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

The successful candidate will have a strong command of our customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge to provide quick and accurate assistance to customers.

  • Communicate directly with customers via phone or email regarding questions, concerns, technical issues, etc.
  • Perform needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services
  • Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner
  • Become adept with current information about services and products available for customers

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school or GED
  • Two to four years of customer service experience
