We're looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager I to join our team, responsible for providing technical direction to engineering projects and services in an assigned area.

Technical Project Manager I

Location

This is a Work from Home position within the U.S.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Provides technical direction to engineering projects and services in an assigned area, from design to implementation and billing.
  • Analyzes data to identify root causes and makes recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Ensures that the project is on schedule, is high quality, is within determined budget, and meets the measures of success (MOS), the high-level achievements (HLA) and Service Delivery goals.
  • Maintains knowledge in current Lumen products, product development and implementation lifecycle management, software testing methodology, production deployment, technical architecture development, and management requirements.
  • Drives initiatives and deliverables to ensure timely project completion and delivery.
  • Input into scope packages, identify roles/responsibilities, and deliverables for day to day projects.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related experience.

3+ years related experience.

Highly organized and data driven.

Root cause analysis and process mapping experience.

Skilled with Teams, MS SharePoint, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel.

Preferred:

Project Management experience.

5+ years Telecom or related industry experience.

Lean and/or Six Sigma experience or certification.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $63,245 - $85,970 per annum, depending on location and individual qualifications.

**Salary Ranges:**

$51,410 - $68,540 in these states: AR ID KY LA ME MS NE SC SD

$54,110 - $72,140 in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY

$56,820 - $75,750 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$59,520 - $79,360 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
