Housekeeping Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Responding promptly to guest requests and providing exceptional customer service
• Filling carts with supplies and transporting them to assigned areas
• Entering guest rooms following established procedures and ensuring that they are vacant before entering
• Replacing guest amenities and supplies in rooms
• Making beds and folding terry
• Cleaning bathrooms and removing trash, dirty linens, and room service items
• Checking appliances and reporting any maintenance issues
• Dusting, polishing, and cleaning walls and furnishings
• Vacuuming carpets and performing floor care duties

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
• No related work experience necessary
• No supervisory experience required
