We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Lead to join our fashion-obsessed team at Chico's FAS, Inc. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and customer service who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Overview

The Sales Lead will play a key role in promoting a customer-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This includes delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and communicate clear expectations to the sales team, holding them accountable for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards.
  • Supervise associates engaged in sales, inventory receipt, reconciling cash receipts, or performing services for customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, presenting and displaying merchandise in accordance with current promotions and standards.
  • Develop a high-performance culture, motivating sales team to meet assigned sales and productivity goals.
  • Train and coach sales team members to ensure they are fluent in all aspects of product knowledge on line and in-store.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires regular attendance and ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The physical demands of this job include constant walking/standing (67-100% of 8-hour shift), occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift), and frequent climbing (34%-66% of 8-hour shift).
