ManTech is a leading provider of technology solutions and services to U.S. defense, intelligence, and federal civilian agencies.

We are currently seeking a talented Software CNO Developer to join our team. In this role, you will support our Sponsor in developing a cross-domain data transfer and system integration solution.

Your focus will be on all aspects of the product development life cycle, including creating, implementing, and supporting new features and capabilities in a platform as a service (PaaS) application.

You will also be responsible for enhancing data processing methods to ensure the highest levels of information system security.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the customer's requirements for the team product and how it functions within the larger ecosystem.
  • Gain knowledge of the project's policies, procedures, and change management plan.
  • Familiarize yourself with the technologies used by the team product and explore alternative implementations and solutions.
  • Create, implement, test, document, and support features, product capabilities, and data processing methods to ensure the highest levels of information system security.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner/Scrum Master, team leads, and other team members to meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Perform maintenance tasks on existing products.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and debugging.
  • Strong networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming skills.
  • Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience in CNO capability development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of software analysis and reverse engineering.
  • Familiarity with low-level internals in areas such as Windows, Unix, Mobile, or Network devices.
  • Experience in unit and/or system testing.
  • Proficiency in using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible).
  • Open Source/Internet research skills.
  • Software development expertise in C, C++, and assembler (especially x86, ARM, MIPS, PowerPC).
  • Ability to reverse engineer software/firmware binaries using tools like Ghidra or IDA, and proficiency in using debuggers.
  • Exposure or willingness to learn hardware breakdown, soldering, board analysis, etc.

  • Ability to obtain or currently hold a TS/SCI Clearance.
