We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Rent-A-Center. As a Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to provide underserved customers with access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life.

• Sales: Drive sales growth through completed installment sales agreements and prospect new business and customers.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through "white glove" service with a servant's heart in our stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely and compliantly load/unload and install products while following all handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness, considering both customers and fellow coworkers.

Requirements:

• 12 years of retail sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
