Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Water Safety Instructor to join our team at Goldfish Swim School. As a Water Safety Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum, enforcing safety rules and regulations, and interacting with guardians on students' progress.

Responsibilities
  • Provide swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
  • Evaluate students' progress and complete status updates in a timely manner.
  • Interact with guardians on students' activities and development of swim skills.
  • Use problem-solving and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that students encounter.
Requirements
  • Ability to work with children.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Lifeguard certification, CPR/AED, and First Aid training provided by Goldfish during first 90 days of employment.
