With a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes, you will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Provide primary and family evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
- Perform routine examinations and handle patient appointments to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
- Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health, and wellness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
- Perform administrative duties, including opening and closing the clinic, inventory management, patient follow-up, and verifying insurance and collecting payment.
- Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Ability to speak and write in additional languages, including Spanish.
- Prior student precepting rotation with MinuteClinic.
- Epic experience.
- Autonomy to run your own practice with refreshing collaborator and organizational support.
