Job Title: Talent Partnerships Associate

Upwardly Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Partnerships Associate to join our Employer Engagement team. This role will support the development and execution of our corporate engagement strategy, focusing on building and maintaining strong partnerships with employers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships Talent Manager to strengthen and grow employer relationships
  • Lead in presenting job-seeker applications to partners in a timely manner, ensuring quality and alignment with roles
  • Review resumes to ensure error-free and accurate representation of job-seeker qualifications
  • Support the execution of Employer Spotlights and special recruitment events with employer partners
  • Develop and execute training and resources for job-seekers and coaches on resume best practices and employer-specific requirements
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience supporting partnerships, preferably private sector partnerships
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize data
  • Excellent data management and reporting skills
  • Committed to principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills
Work Environment:

Upwardly Global is a remote-friendly organization, and this role will require occasional evening events and weekend sessions. Reliable transportation is also required, depending on the region.

The salary range for this position is $53,000 - $63,000 per year in the Central Region and $58,000 - $68,000 per year in the Western/Eastern Region. Upwardly Global offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision insurance, short-term disability insurance, life insurance, and a retirement plan with employer match.
