Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Partnerships Talent Manager to strengthen and grow employer relationships
- Lead in presenting job-seeker applications to partners in a timely manner, ensuring quality and alignment with roles
- Review resumes to ensure error-free and accurate representation of job-seeker qualifications
- Support the execution of Employer Spotlights and special recruitment events with employer partners
- Develop and execute training and resources for job-seekers and coaches on resume best practices and employer-specific requirements
- Demonstrated experience supporting partnerships, preferably private sector partnerships
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize data
- Excellent data management and reporting skills
- Committed to principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills
Upwardly Global is a remote-friendly organization, and this role will require occasional evening events and weekend sessions. Reliable transportation is also required, depending on the region.
The salary range for this position is $53,000 - $63,000 per year in the Central Region and $58,000 - $68,000 per year in the Western/Eastern Region. Upwardly Global offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision insurance, short-term disability insurance, life insurance, and a retirement plan with employer match.
