Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Care Professional to join our team at Dayton Children's Hospital. This is a full-time position, requiring 36 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional nursing care using the standards of care and professional performance outlined by the American Nurses Association and the Ohio Board of Nursing. They will interact with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal health potential for patients and families, delivering proficient nursing care based on detailed assessments of patient needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, applicants must have a strong educational background, with an Associate's degree in Nursing as a minimum requirement. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is desired, with a goal of acquiring it within five years of hire. Registration with the Ohio Board of Nursing and current CPR certification from the American Heart Association are essential qualifications.
