Job Summary:
Marlee Pro Solutions is seeking a responsible and vigilant Unarmed Security Officer to provide protection and ensure the safety of our clients, employees, and assets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle potentially stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol premises regularly to prevent and detect any suspicious activity.
Control access to the building by monitoring entry and exit points.
Respond to alarms and emergency situations, ensuring the safety of everyone on-site.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities, such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients, employees, and visitors.
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when needed.
Follow security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the location.
Report any safety hazards, equipment issues, or maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a security officer or in a related role (at least 1 year preferred).
Strong observational and surveillance skills.
Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills to maintain reports and records.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Current security guard license or ability to obtain one (varies by state).
Physical fitness to perform patrol duties (standing, walking, etc.).
