Job Overview

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC seeks a seasoned Operations Infrastructure Lead to join its team in Washington, DC. This is a full-time position that requires a hands-on approach and a strong understanding of industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain system and network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Administer Windows Active Directory, Windows Group Policies, Certificate Services, Azure Active Directory services, Intune Mobile Device Management, Citrix, and remote access.
  • Manage Multi-factor authentication, Single-Sign-On, Smart Card (PIV) Sign-On services, PIV card certificate and credential mapping, and enforce PIV card authentication for all staff.
  • Oversee Network Attached Storage (NAS) and network shares, ensuring secure and efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in Business Continuation/Disaster Recovery infrastructure planning, building, and testing, including network performance, security, anti-virus, design, and acquisition of infrastructure hardware.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
  • At least eight years of IT experience with expertise in Windows environments, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Hold two of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, MCSA: Windows 10, or MCSE: Desktop Infrastructure.
  • Active Security Clearance is required.
