Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pavement Maintenance Technician to join our Central Alabama crew at EverLine Coatings & Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks related to line painting, asphalt crackfilling, and sealcoating, as well as power washing and epoxy flooring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crackfilling, and sealcoating, power washing, and epoxy flooring
  • Plan and facilitate the production of high-quality projects
  • Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
  • Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Requirements:

  • A valid Alabama driver's license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation
  • Self-motivation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
  • Ability to work well independently and unsupervised
  • Past experience with small engines and/or paint sprayers is an asset
  • An Engineering educational background is an asset
