Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Digital Enterprise team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise-wide applications for CVS Healthcare Identity Management domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop cloud-native applications using the latest technologies and development methodologies.
  • Partner with engineering managers, business analysts, architects, quality assurance, business partners, developers, and project managers to effectively translate business requirements and architectural designs into engineering components.
  • Develop and implement complex features, optimize performance, and ensure code efficiency.
  • Collaborate across a cross-functional development team and stakeholders to make high-level architectural decisions, propose design patterns, and ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of digital solutions.
  • Integrate various software components or systems, ensuring seamless communication and interoperability between different parts of the digital solution.
  • Write and execute comprehensive test cases, conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the reliability, stability, and high quality of digital solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise/web/cloud applications software development.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing Java applications in Spring Boot, Spring MVC.
  • 3+ years of experience in creating Angular/React JS UI applications.
  • 5+ years of experience in building APIs and services using REST.
  • 5+ years of working knowledge with functional, imperative, and object-oriented languages and methodologies.
  • 5+ automation technologies (e.g., Maven or Gradle, Jenkins, etc.).
  • 3+ years of experience in building, testing, and deploying code to run on cloud infrastructure.
  • 3+ years of experience in Scrum/Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
  • Exposure to product/services development and public cloud environment like AWS/GCP/Azure.
