Job Summary:

A challenging and engaging Laboratory Technician position is available in the Oligonucleotide Manufacturing Group for motivated individuals with a scientific/technical background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform oligonucleotide purification and characterization by following detailed instructions outlined in production batch records and SOPs.
  • Organize work effectively to ensure efficient utilization of time and materials and to complete all procedures in a cGMP compliant manner.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to multiple and changing priorities, and to schedule work effectively to ensure that current and future needs are met.
  • Accurately and legibly record methods, materials, and results in batch records, according to established formats, and to keep supervisor informed on status of all projects and of significant findings and results in critical areas.
  • Participate in, or lead, various group projects, activities and initiatives as part of their career and personal development.

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in Scientific field, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • 0-4 years industry experience.
