Job Summary

This role involves working as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service, manage cash handling and sales transactions, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain courteous and professional contact with customers, coworkers, vendors, and the community.
  • Ensure food safety hygiene in accordance with county regulations.
  • Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely.
  • Manage cash drawers and perform cashier reconciliation at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain store appearance and organization.
  • Prepare food and hot beverage products for sale.
  • Actively promote store specials and marketing programs.
  • Cross-check price of delivered goods for accuracy.
  • Distribute delivered goods throughout the store.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Able to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.
