Join Our Team as a Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Oak Leaf Family Dental. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide thorough and compassionate dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and education.
  • Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and technologies to provide the best possible care for our patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current dental hygienist license in WI and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
  • Clinical needs as required by the office.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year.
