Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist at BrightStar Care, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate the functional abilities of our clients, identifying areas where they may need assistance or support.
  • Develop personalized plans of care that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Provide occupational therapy services, including assessments, evaluations, and interventions, to help clients regain or maintain their functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to educate them on the client's progress and goals.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
  • At least one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a home care or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
