As a Behavior Technician with Centria Autism, you will play a critical role in our mission to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
  • Teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Reducing interfering behaviors.
We offer a competitive salary range of $17-$21 per hour, commensurate with experience and certification level.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as patience, compassion, and the ability to work well in a team. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test. You will also be required to pass a pre-employment background check.
