Product Marketing Director for Healthcare Solutions

LetsGetChecked is a global healthcare solutions company that offers innovative tools to manage health from home. We provide health testing, virtual care, genetic sequencing, and medication delivery for various health conditions. Our end-to-end model includes manufacturing, logistics, lab analysis, physician support, and prescription fulfillment.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Director, Product Marketing to create go-to-market strategies for our B2B verticals (health plan, employer, public sector, life sciences, and provider) as well as products and services. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in B2B and product marketing with a strong background in healthcare marketing and proven team leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product adoption and market growth.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align product marketing strategies with company goals and objectives.
- Lead market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Define and articulate the unique value propositions of LetsGetChecked products.
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences in the healthcare sector.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer personas and buyer journeys.
- Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless product launches.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that drives results.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B and product marketing with a focus on healthcare marketing.
- Proven track record of successful product marketing leadership and team management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Ability to work Eastern Time hours.
- A competitive salary of $130,000-$140,000 per year.
