Clinical Care Provider

At Bayhealth, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Provider to join our team of dedicated medical professionals. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.
The estimated salary for this position is $149,406 - $248,830 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
In this role, you will be responsible for examining patients to determine the presence of illness, utilizing physical findings, laboratory results, and medical history to ascertain the nature and extent of illness and prescribe treatments as indicated. You will also develop plans of care for patients in coordination with multidisciplinary teams and complete appropriate reports to physicians and families.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies and relevant experience in general surgery. A minimum of two years' experience is required, but new graduates with rotations in surgical specialties may also be considered.
