Job Summary

As a Clinical Services Manager at Providence Portland Medical Center, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of a unit or a group of patient care units within Nursing Services. This role requires strong clinical and operational skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize unit performance
  • Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to meet unit needs

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
  • Recent first-line management experience required
