Ignite Attachments will offer a wide array of cost-effective, high-quality solutions, ensuring that every customer finds the ideal match for their needs. While operating alongside the Bobcat brand, Ignite Attachments is uniquely positioned to deliver customized solutions without altering the core identity of Bobcat in the marketplace.

The Ignite Attachments Program Manager role is pivotal in steering the development of innovative products that will propel Ignite Attachments into the future and fortify our leadership in the global market. Program Managers are responsible for curating and overseeing the project portfolio for a specific product line within Ignite Attachments. This includes initiatives ranging from the introduction of new features or business models to the creation of entirely new product platforms.

This position is dynamic and visible, providing the opportunity to influence various facets of the business. The Program Manager will collaborate effectively between the executive team and project teams, serving as a key contributor within the Program Management group. They will provide strategic direction for their product lines while also managing process improvement initiatives that enhance the overall project portfolio.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate multiple project teams
  • Apply project management methodologies aligned with industry best practices while adhering to business processes
  • Define project scope, manage resources, develop schedules, and execute risk management strategies in accordance with established processes
  • Maintain a strong focus on project and process execution
  • Develop and refine processes for managing projects and programs to enhance execution and promote organizational adoption
  • Oversee reporting at both project and portfolio levels, with portfolio reports focused on all projects related to a specific product line
  • Communicate effectively and succinctly to a diverse audience



Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline is required
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management is essential
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred; candidates are expected to pursue this certification upon hiring
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including MS Project or a similar project scheduling tool, is required
  • Experience with both traditional waterfall and Agile methodologies is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality deliverables
  • Strong understanding of financial principles as they apply to development projects
  • Ability to manage a comprehensive project plan utilizing Critical Path methodology, with an understanding of cause and effect throughout the schedule
  • Strong leadership skills with the capability to motivate project teams and hold them accountable to project objectives
