Job Description

The ideal candidate will be an expert in providing friendly and prompt customer service, living by Fresh Baguette's core values: Integrity, Respect, Reliable, Team player, Committed, and Customer Oriented.

Responsibilities include:

  • Expertise in Fresh Baguette menu offerings
  • Following recipes according to standard
  • Cash and credit handling at the cash register in a fun and efficient manner
  • Serving baked goods, breads, and pastries
  • Making and serving coffee, sandwiches, salads with care
  • Maintaining store safety, sanitation and proper food storage
  • Addressing and answering customer complaints
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends & mornings/afternoons
  • Availability to work on Holidays – Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc.
  • Physical exertion requirement to perform heavy work (such as frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours
  • Experience working as a barista
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $19.00 - $20.00 per hour, paid time off after 90 days, health and dental insurance after 90 days, 40% employee discount, paid training, no late nights, 401K and 401K match, free lunch, anniversary gift card, and exciting growth potential.

About This Job

This is a full-time position with shifts starting as early as 6am and ending as late as 7pm, 7 days per week.
