About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity for a New Graduate RN to develop their clinical skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to lifelong learning. As a New Graduate RN, you will be part of our Transition to Practice Program (TPP), which provides a comprehensive support system to help you transition from student nurse to competent practitioner.

The TPP at Mass General Brigham offers a 12-month program that includes a mix of onsite and virtual learning classes, utilizing the Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program platform and curriculum. You will have access to evidence-based practice projects, benchmarking data, and opportunities to network with peers across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to patients on various units within the hospital
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and excellent patient outcomes
  • Participate in educational programs and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • A current Massachusetts RN license
  • A BSN degree
  • Ability to work full-time (36-40 hours) day/night rotating shifts, every other weekend, and holidays
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
