**Job Overview**

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year (dependent on experience)

About the Job

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Physical Therapist to work with patients who require rehabilitation care. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that promote patient independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and create personalized rehabilitation plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to patients, including exercises, stretching, and mobilization techniques
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure in the state where the facility is located
  • 1+ year of experience in a post-acute care setting
  • CPR certification
