About the Job

This LPN position offers direct care to assigned patients within the Licensed Practical Nurse Act under the direction of a registered nurse. As a valued member of the team, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality personalized patient care.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing care based on physical, psycho/social, educational, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the ages of patients served. You will also be expected to communicate effectively and professionally with all patients, guests, family members, and co-workers to ensure a quality patient experience.
