Job OverviewWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Level IV NICU team at Memorial Hermann Children's Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and skilled nurse to provide exceptional patient care, work collaboratively with our healthcare teams, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Salary RangeThe estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description- Provide direct patient care to infants in the NICU, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting optimal outcomes for our patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Promote education and professional growth among colleagues, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Certified BLS or higher level certification required.
- Texas RN licensure (or compact license) required.
- 3-10 years of experience in pediatric nursing preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in critical care, neonatal nursing, and leadership principles.
