We're growing rapidly, seeking talented professionals to join our team as Phlebotomy and Clinical Support Specialists. In this role, you'll provide top-notch venipuncture services to patients of all ages, assist with extended scope duties like non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs, and ensure high standards of in-office care through proper specimen handling and processing.

As a valued member of our team, you'll also contribute to patient satisfaction by answering messages, following up on lab cases, and assisting providers with clerical duties like biometric screening forms, medical record reviews, billing inquiries, and DOH reporting. You'll master our technology suite, including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, Circulation, RingCentral, and our Electronic Medical Record System, to interact with teammates and complete daily work.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A postsecondary Medical Assistant program or relevant training by any branch of the armed forces
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of a training environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in computer technology like typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Experience working on collaborative, diverse teams (with remote teams a plus)

We offer competitive salaries, starting at $44,668 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek. This full-time role (40 hours/week) typically takes place between 7:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Saturday in Gilbert, AZ, with flexibility to support multiple locations in the market.
