Senior Intellectual Property Lawyer for Patent Litigation

At HR Talent Partners, we are seeking a skilled mid-level associate attorney to join our Hatch Waxman Practice Group in the Intellectual Property Department. This position is available at all our firm offices, with a preference for New York, Chicago, Boston, Washington, DC, or Philadelphia.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. A preference is given to candidates with technical degrees in chemistry, biology, or a related field. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Hatch Waxman litigation.

We require candidates to have expertise in drafting briefs and participating in all aspects of fact and expert discovery. Additionally, a JD degree is mandatory.

Our estimates suggest that the annual salary range for this position is approximately $170,000 - $250,000, depending on location and qualifications.
