Cardiology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cardiology Specialist to join our team at Community Memorial Health System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality cardiac services.

Salary Range: $67.75 - $105.55 per hour

The successful candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience in cardiology, with a proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for examining and treating patients, ensuring proper illness and injury care, and providing disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery support.

• Provide independent and autonomous collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Perform a variety of tasks including patient assessment, writing orders, facilitating treatment, and collaborating with the care team to achieve patient treatment goals
• Demonstrate strong knowledge in various field concepts, practices, and procedures

• Current State of California Physician Assistant License
• Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License
• Clinical Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Five (5) years of Cardiology PA experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
• Six (6) months of experience in Cardiology, Critical Care, or Emergency

• One (1) year of experience in Cardiology or Critical Care
• One (1) year of experience using EMR (Patient Keeper, Meditech, Allscripts)
• Bilingual English/Spanish
